Everyday at Celia's, our tortillas are prepared without lard, our chicken is presented skinless and trimmed, our steak and pork are lean. Everyday we prepare our own homemade salsa, make fresh guacamole and our tamales are hand made. We serve both re-fried and whole beans, last but not least our margaritas do not come out of a machine, instead they are made with our secret mix daily.
