You’’ taste our philosophy in everything on this menu. Like the homemade guacamole, prepared daily using market-fresh Haas avocados. Or our black and pinto beans that slowly simmer in cumin and onion until they’re bursting with flavor.

In our kitchen, patience is the key. When it comes to short cuts, our policy is simple-we don’t take them. From slow-roasting our shredded beef until it literally falls apart, to marinating our grilled chicken for at least 24 hours in adobe spices. We take the time to bring out the flavor. You’ll even see us chopping ingredients by hand - the fresh cilantro, the homemade for the salsa. That’s just how we do things around here. We know you’ll taste the difference.
