Savory chile cheesecake topped with Maine lobster salad and sauteed white corn fricasee with a duet of avocado and chipotle aiolis 15

Napoleon of veal sweetbreads in puff pastry  with seasonal mushrooms and capers in brown butter with charred tomato cream and Madeira glaze 16
