GREENS, SOUP, & STUFF

The Chevre - $8
Tangy mixed greens, Laura Chenel Chevre, roasted beets, lemon, fine balsamic, olive oil, and baguette.

The Comte - $8
Honey-roasted Bartlett pears, tangy mixed greens, walnuts, and nutty Comte cheese tossed in vinaigrette.

The Bresaola - $10
Bresaola beef tenderloin (cured meat) topped with a mix of micro greens and spring greens, EVOO, almonds, Laura Chenel Chevre and Estero Gold Reserve.

Roasted Tomato Soup - $5/cup   $7/bowl
Sweet and savory tomato soup infused with thyme and basil served with crostini.


CHEESE & CHARCUTERIE BOARDS
Cheeses change regularly. They are served with a small selection of any the following accompaniments: olives, cornichons, pickled veggies, honey, fruits, jams, or nuts.  All come with crostini or gluten free crackers.

Monger’s Cheese Boards - $13
See board for today’s Monger’s Boards. Comes with 2 accompaniments that pair best with your cheeses.

Chocolate & Cheese Board - $7 a Pair
A sinful pairing of cheese and chocolate, using Ginger Elizabeth’s chocolate, we pair 1 cheese with 2 pieces of chocolate truffle specifically chosen to complement your cheese.  Pairings change frequently.

Charcuterie Board - $13
A mix of artisan charcuterie alongside 2 accompaniments.

Red Dragon - $10
Red Dragon mustard seed and ale cheddar, provolone, caramelized onions, roasted red peppers, on rye.

San Joaquin Gold Cheddar, Aged Provolone, salami picante, pepperoncini, and arugula on sourdough.  

The Twisted Classic - $10
Fiscalini Clothbound Cheddar Cheese inside and out on sourdough bread for a crispy, gooey twist.

Cajun Mac - $13
Big John’s Cajun Cheddar, roasted Anaheim peppers, red bell peppers, crispy pancetta, Cajun bread crumbs.

Truffle Mac - $12
Crimini mushrooms in our 3 cheese blend and white truffle oil and bread crumbs.

Apple Walnut Mac - $13
Beehive’s Apple Walnut Smoked Cheddar, maple glazed prosciutto, caramelized apples, and walnut bread crumbs.
