The Rose building was built in 1900 and designed by George R. Mann who also designed our state capital building. It is considered one of the most beautiful buildings in Little Rock. We have designed our restaurant to honor the historical building and to incorporate that into our remodel turning it into Allsopp & Chapple, a modern New American restaurant.
