Two Eggs Your Choice: Mexican Ranchero Style (Huervos Rancheros) $9.50
Over easy on top of a corn tortilla covered with our special recipe of ranchero sauce, your choice hot or mild

- With Bertha's Homemade Sauce (Huervos Con Chorizo Casero) $9.50
Scrambled with sausage (chorizo) prepared our very special way.

- Divorced Eggs (Huervos Divorciados) $9.50
Over easy on top of a corn tortila, eggs are seperated by a nice portion of Mexican style potatoes or whole beans or fried beans, one egg covered wirth hot green tomatillo salsa, and one egg covered with red salsa.

- Drowned Eggs (Huervos Ahogados)
Scrambled and flooded with our exquesite green or red salsa, your choice mild or hot

- Chilaquiles Red or Green ( Chilaquiles Rojas or Verdes) $9.50
Two (2) eggs over easy or scrambled, served with green or red chilaquiles, your choice mild or hot

- Chihuahua Macho Style (Huervos Al Estilo de Chihuahua) $9.50
Scrambled or over easy on top of a flour tortilla, served with whole beans, chorizo and strips of green peppers, your choice mild or hot

- Bertha's Favorite Breakfast (Enchiladas Montadas) $10.95
Two (2) eggs Scrambled or over easy on top of two (2) open face green or red enchiladas, your choice mild or hot

Grilled or boiled, topped with sauteed guajillo peppers and garlic

Grilled or boiled topped with
jalapeno or California pepper strips and grilled onions
