DAN STOUTS

Our flagship Stout is jam-packed with dark chocolate flavor and aroma. Subtle roast and light citrus hop notes balance this dry finishing, unfiltered American Stout.

OG IPA
ABV: 7.3% | IBU: 71
Bolt’s classic West Coast IPA. Hop forward bitterness gives way to flavors of citrus and pine with a balanced malt presence. Showcasing the classic “C-hops”- CTZ, Chinook, and Centennial- this a perfect example of what a West Coast IPA is all about.

MANGO ME CRAZY
ABV: 5.2% | IBU: 7
A blonde ale infused with mango. A clean malt bill offers up flavors of honey and grain in this easy drinker. The soft aroma and flavor of mango makes this beer stand out as it has a touch of sweetness up front before finishing dry and refreshing.

HARD PRESSED ORANGE
ABV: 5.2% | IBU: 7
A blonde ale infused with orange. This crowd pleaser offers notes of honey before taking a backseat to the rich orange character that makes this beer what it is. Sweet to begin with, but dry finishing and crisp.

LOCA LEMON
ABV: 5.0% | IBU: 7
A blonde ale, infused with lemon. This blondie begins with an upfront, grain-derived bready sweetness before finshing with a residual lemonade-like tartness. Perfect for warm San Diego days!

LOVE CANOE LAGER
ABV: 4.7% | IBU: 12
A classic American Lager with light grain notes and a crisp finish. Brewed with R.O. (reverse osmosis) water which gives this lager a remarkably smooth mouthfeel and body. The Cascade hops present a slightly floral finish. An amazingly drinkable and refreshing lager.

MANGO OG IPA
ABV: 7.3% | IBU: 71
A new take on Bolt’s Classic OG IPA. This West Coast IPA has a medium body, big hop character, and is now infused with a hint of delicious mango! The mango balances perfectly with the hop bitterness and slight malt sweetness of Bolt’s OG IPA.

TROPIC THUNDER IPA
ABV: 7.2% | IBU: 69
Grapefruit and pineapple floral aromas with a mild hoppy finish and a classic malt body that will delight your palate.

BOLT IPA BATCH 30
ABV: 7.6% | IBU: 71
An R and D IPA from Bolt’s “Batch Series”. A hop forward West Coast IPA that is fruity and citrusy with notes of stone fruit and peach. It has a balanced malt presence and a dank finish. ABV and IBU Change each batch.

SESSION IPA
ABV: 4.7% | IBU: 48
Lots of big tropical fruit and citrus characteristics, pineapple and lemon, tangerine, and bubble gum (Juicy Fruit to be exact), as well as a bit of a grassy and floral quality (rose blossoms). Once you take a sip you get lots of hop flavor up front, but despite the huge hop punch you get in the nose, it finishes with a bit of grainy sweetness and not an overly assertive hop bitterness, making this a relatively easy drinking IPA. This IPA has exceptional body and mouthfeel to it for a beer that is only 4.7%

TROPIC CYCLONE
ABV: 8.9% | IBU: 77
A tropical and juicy Double IPA with notes of passion fruit, watermelon, and citrus. This beer has a light body for its strong 8.7% ABV and is packed with hop flavor and aroma from a ton of late addition hops and a huge dry hop of Mosaic, Simcoe, and Amarillo.

HIP-CZECH PILS
ABV: 5.0% | IBU: 27
A classic Czech style pilsner presents a bready sweetness and easy drinkability. It has a light body with a crisp, clean and slightly floral finish from the Czech Saaz hops.

AMBER HALO
ABV: 5.5% | IBU: 25
A soft bodied amber lager with toasty and caramel-like malt flavor and aroma. A blend of different specialty malts give this amber lager a balanced “malty bouquet”. With low hop bitterness and a crisp finish, the Amber Halo is very smooth, flavorful, and drinkable.

PARTY ON PALE ALE
ABV: 6.3% | IBU: 40
A strong Pale Ale with a light body and a pale golden color. Dry hopped with Amarillo and El Dorado. Fruity and floral with notes of stone fruit, grapefruit, citrus and slightly piney.

SUNSHINY DAY
ABV: 5.2% | IBU: 23
A blonde ale with a light body and just the right balance of malt character. Flaked oats and white wheat malt lend to a soft mouthfeel and a bit of honey malt adds a hint of honey sweetness. Perle hops bring a floral and herbal character while the cascade hops add a hint of citrus and grapefruit at the finish. Crisp and refreshing and perfect for summertime!

IPL INDIA PALE LAGER
ABV: 6.8% | IBU: 81
Essentially an IPA brewed with lager yeast, this India Pale Lager has a piney and floral hop character with a hint of citrus. Medium bodied with a clean finish.

SPECIAL BROWNIE
ABV: 5.7% | IBU: 35
An American Brown Ale brewed with 10 varieties of malt that create complex notes of coffee, chocolate, toffee, caramel, and a slightly roasty finish.
