NEW! Loaded Breakfast Tots
Crispy tots drizzled with our cheddar cheese sauce and topped with diced bacon, green onion, sour cream, and two large double A eggs served with a bakery item.

NEW! Monte Cristo Sandwich
Oven-roasted turkey, ham, Swiss Cheese, and our own Bumbleberry Jam, on our freshly baked white bread spread with mayo, dipped in our French toast batter, grilled until perfectly melted, and sprinkled with powdered sugar. Served with a fresh fruit cup.

Polly’s Own Avocado & Egg Toast
Our own freshly baked sourdough bread spread with cream cheese and topped with smashed avocado mixed with red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and lime juice, Then layered with sliced tomato, an egg, feta cheese and finished with salsa. Served with a baby kale side salad.

Eggs Benedict
Two poached eggs, over ham on Thomas® English Muffin halves and smothered in Hollandaise. Served with your choice of breakfast potatoes.

California Benedict
Two poached eggs layered with oven roasted turkey, tomato, and avocado on freshly baked sourdough toast and smothered in Hollandaise. Served with your choice of breakfast potatoes.

Breakfast Sandwich
Our freshly baked sourdough bread grilled and layered with deli-style  ham, golden hashbrowns, scrambled eggs, mayo, and melted cheddar cheese. Includes fresh fruit or your choice of side.

Breakfast Burger
Our freshly baked parmesan sourdough bread, grilled and spread with mayo with our fresh never frozen beef patty layered with cheddar cheese, Cherrywood smoked bacon, onion straws, and an over easy egg. Plus your choice of side.

Polly’s Own Chilaquiles
Our house made tortilla chips in a salsa verde sauce topped with melted cheddar cheese, two large Double A eggs, diced green onions, avocado, and a drizzle of sour cream. Includes a freshly baked bakery item of your choice. Also available with chicken or steak tips.

Savory Breakfast Pie
Cherrywood smoked bacon, mushrooms and green onions in a cheesy egg filling and baked in Polly’s old fashioned deep dish crust. Served with your choice of three Jones Dairy Farms® smoked sausage links or three Cherrywood smoked bacon strips and a bakery item.

Country Tater Breakfast
A hefty portion of golden grilled hash browns, sausage gravy, two large eggs cooked to your liking, green onions, topped with melted cheddar cheese, and your choice of a fresh bakery item.

Steak Scramble
Choice beef filet steak tips, tomato, blue cheese crumbles, chopped green onion, and avocado.

Denver Scramble
Made with sauteed diced ham steak, onions, green and red bell peppers, blended with three fluffy eggs.

Spinach Scramble
Seasoned spinach sauteed in Cherrywood smoked bacon pieces, mushrooms and sausage blended with three fluffy eggs and topped with shredded jack cheese or Hollandaise sauce.

Ham & Cheese Omelette
Tender diced ham steak with a blend of Cheddar and Jack cheeses.

A.B.C. Omelette
Avocado, Cherrywood smoked bacon, cheddar cheese, mushrooms and green onions.

Ms. Polly’s Premium Scramble
Made with diced oven roasted turkey, Cherrywood smoked bacon, tomatoes, green onion, blue cheese crumbles and topped with avocado.

Vegetable Omelette
