With marbleized walls, golden globes suspended from a lofty ceiling, and bold art, Spalti Ristorante sets a tone of low-key sophistication amid flattering surroundings. The agnolotti, a menu staple, consisted of pasta rounds stuffed with vegetables and ricotta served in an exceptionally thick tomato sauce accented with basil, lots of garlic and fresh Parmesan.
The servings are immense at Spalti.

Spalti is doing things right...servings are generous, service is gracious, and dishes are prepared with a knowing hand.
