TACOS

TOFU TACOS
Burrito or three soft corn tacos filled with fajita-style tofu or tofu sautéed with serrano salsa ranchera, with cilantro rice and black beans.

GRILLED FISH TACOS
Red snapper, habanero-spiced cabbage and avocado sauce with black beans and fresh homemade cheese.

ENSENADA FISH TACOS
Beer battered snapper burrito or two soft corn tacos with black beans, cilantro rice and habanero spiced cabbage in a flour tortilla topped with roasted tomato salsa.

TACOS MEXICANOS
Three tacos with grilled chicken, pork or steak with onions, cilantro.

CHIPOTLE SHRIMP TACOS
Medium shrimp sautéed in a rich sauce of roasted tomatoes, onions and chipotle chiles with cilantro rice and black beans, served wrapped as a spinach tortilla burrito or three soft corn tacos.

CRISPY TACOS DORADOS
Shredded chicken slow cooked in roasted garlic, onion, tomato and chipotle chiles, sour cream, queso fresco, spicy chile de arbol, romaine and pico de gallo on three corn shells.
