Nestled along the bustling [+]Fisherman’s Wharf in San Francisco, Pier Market Seafood Restaurant is a family-owned icon that has been serving the freshest mesquite grilled seafood to locals and visitors for over four decades. The Pier Market story begins with the Simmons family. The patriarch, Warren Simmons had a dream to create a place for people from all over the globe to gather, mingle, and visit with the locals. Warren turned his dream into a reality when he conceptualized and created the famous landmark: PIER 39. Warren’s son, Scooter, and Scooter’s wife, Nancy, came to manage and operate several restaurants on the PIER.
