Primativo wines are deeply colored, and intensely flavored, with a high alcohol content. It's California cousins, Zinfandels, are some of California's finest, most interesting and [+]most widely planted wines.

It is in the spirit and proud tradition of Zinfandel wine producers that we named our restaurant Zinfandel California Cuisine.
